Our introduction to the marine industry involved manufacturing rubber gunwale protectors for both small and large-scale applications. While the predominant marine product we supply is the gunwale protector, our rubber seals have been successfully adapted into boat windows. We have also designed components for super yachts.

We continue to support and supply the marine industry with high quality, long-lasting products, fit for a range of applications.

Our PVC fence post and rail system is suitable for both temporary and permanent applications. We can manufacture the posts with reground and recycled material, creating a sustainable, eco-friendly product.

The primary application for our PVC fence posts has been boundary fences, and temporary equestrian and show-jumping fencing. With a simple, contemporary design they remain the most popular fencing option for this application. Given their versatile design, the posts have also been utilised as barrier posts for carparks and walkways.

We have developed bathroom and shower seals, drawing from knowledge and experience gained through developing glazing seals. With customised extrusion dies and calibrators, we have developed complex and unique designs into reliable, functional, long-lasting products.

Our investment in larger extruders gave us the opportunity to support the roading industry, supplying a variety of roadside marker posts throughout New Zealand. We use high-impact grade materials so they can withstand multiple impacts from a vehicle and strong UV rays.

With our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, we can design, develop and manufacture both small and large-scale plastic extrusion and injection moulding components for the automotive industry. We have supplied automotive products that meet the high standards the industry demands; from utes to trucks, we make multiple accessories for these vehicles.

Given New Zealand's passion for the outdoors, we have been fortunate to have been involved in some very exciting projects for the leisure industry, including land sailing and high-performance rowing components.

Our experience in designing and supplying plastic profile extrusions lended nicely to incorporating flooring solutions such as seamless mat edging, anti-slip seals and industrial quality rubber cable trays to our portfolio.

In a new venture for the team, we have been involved in the development of unique hydroponic systems. We worked with the customer to produce a custom-designed irrigation system for their unique product.

The knowledge and experience we’ve gained led to a natural diversification into rigid PVC pre-cladding products. We use state-of-the-art equipment to produce high-quality products in exceptional detail for the construction industry.

Through our expertise in injection moulding, we were approached to manufacture a range of market-leading home ventilation system components. Using specially formulated flame retardant materials, we were able to meet New Zealand building code requirements and deliver an aesthetically pleasing product.
